Michelle was born in Nashville and raised in MJ, where her parents still live in the house they built here in ‘67. She still calls MJ home with her husband, Mark, and 2 young adult kids. Davis is a student at UT Knoxville and Addison is at Green Hill High School. 

She played softball from age 6, here in MJ, then at Cumberland University where she graduated with an Exercise Science degree and minored in Sports Medicine. 

 

Michelle spent 25 years running long-distance races and loving any and all challenges she could find. Now, her main passion is overall health and fitness, and she is still always up for a new challenge. Michelle is also a Personal Trainer at re:MOVE Training where she loves to help others find their own passion with their wellness journey.

 

In her free time, you’ll probably find her on the sideline of a soccer field, working out, watching sports, hanging out with family and friends on the lake, or dreaming of living at the beach.
