Martin Porter

Martin has served as the Chief Operating Officer for EPM Financial since 2015. He became a Financial Advisor in 2009 after spending nine years in corporate finance and five years as a small business owner. Martin strives to create long-term, personal relationships with his clients. His specialized background has played a pivotal role in building a practice focused on financial planning for families and small business owners.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin and. his MBA from Belmont University.

Martin lives in Lebanon, Tennessee, with his wife Stephanie and their four kids: Drew, David, Rachel, and Sarah Jane. When he’s not working, Martin often attends an extracurricular event for one of his children. In his free time, he enjoys supporting the University of Tennessee Volunteers and working on his handicap at the golf course.
