David Gerkin

David began his career in the financial industry with a large broker-dealer in 2011, working as a Financial Advisor, and joined the EPM Financial team in 2012. He discovered early on that he had a great appreciation for the planning process and the benefit it provided to clients. It was then that he decided to shift his career focus solely to investment research. He enjoys building long-term relationships with our clients and assisting the financial advisors in the financial planning process.

David resides in Old Hickory, Tennessee, with his wife Amy and their two sons, Oliver and Everett. He previously served as the Vice President of the Old Hickory Area Chamber of Commerce and sat on the Board of Directors for the Hampton Park Home Owners’ Association.

He is an alumnus of Leadership Donelson-Hermitage and is currently on the Leadership Learning Series committee.
